Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to all children’s shoes sold at Camilix, including but not limited to children’s sneakers, Mary Janes, loafers, etc. To apply for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

– Return/exchange applications must be submitted within the specified time limit; applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

– Children’s shoes must be in brand new, unused condition, with no wear, stains, or scratches on the upper, sole, or lining, and must not have been tried on (trying on must not affect resale; the shoes must only have been tried on and not worn on the floor).

– The original product packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (such as shoe boxes, dust bags, Velcro accessories, etc.) must be complete and undamaged, and must not have been opened, altered, or lost.

– Provide a clear order number, order information, and proof of receipt (such as shipping label, signature record) to ensure order information is traceable.

Non‑returnable items:

– Used or worn shoes.

– Items with damaged boxes or missing tags.

– Final sale / clearance items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for different sizes, colors, or styles (based on stock availability).

• To exchange:

1.Contact customer service to request an exchange.

2.Return the original item.

3.Once received and inspected, we will ship the new item.

• If the new item is higher priced, you will be charged the difference.

• If the new item is lower priced, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to size issues, change of mind, or style preference:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, quality issues):

Camilix will cover return shipping and re‑delivery costs.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Return or Exchange

Wait for return instructions and a return confirmation from our team.
Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided by customer service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive shoes that are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will provide a prepaid return label, full refund, or free replacement.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

• Please allow processing time after we receive your return.
