Address & Delivery Instructions

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an invalid address, refusal to accept delivery, or delivery failure, you will need to pay for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages

We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund.
Upon receiving your package, if you find the children’s shoes damaged, deformed, or the received items do not match the order details (wrongly received, missing items), please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours, specifying the order number, a description of the problem, and uploading photos of the package’s appearance and the condition of the goods as evidence
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to release the package.
