We recommend using our size guide to determine your child’s best size in Camilix.

Children grow quickly! While every child is different, they typically grow half a size every 2-4 months, depending on age. If you’ve purchased from us before, we use an algorithm to predict when your child will need a size up and send you a personalized reminder via email.

Our shoes are easy to clean. Both the uppers and soles can be wiped with a clean, soft, damp cloth. For baby shoes, we recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on a low heat.

Yes. Our kids’ shoes are designed for daily wear, school, walking, running, and light outdoor activities. They are lightweight, flexible, and durable enough for all‑day comfort.

Yes. We use a wide, roomy toe box and soft, supportive interior to accommodate growing feet. The soles are flexible to support natural foot movement.

The upper material will soften slightly with wear, but it won’t stretch significantly. Please choose the appropriate size according to our size chart.

Yes. We use reinforced stitching, a durable sole, and sturdy materials to ensure the shoes can withstand daily wear, running, and play.

Shipping

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier. Please allow some time for the logistics system to refresh.

You can modify your address only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need help.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

If your tracking shows no update for an extended time or is marked lost, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resend your order or issue a full refund.

The carrier will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Items returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted or processed.

Yes! Exchanges are allowed for different sizes, colors, or styles, subject to stock availability. Simply follow the return process and note your desired exchange item in your request. If the new item is priced higher, you will be charged the difference; if lower, we will refund the difference.

It depends on the reason for return:
• Your reason (size change, change of mind, style preference): You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, quality issues): Camilix will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.

Camilix is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number for reference. If your return package is lost, contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Yes, as long as the shoes are in their original condition (no dirt, scuffs, or wear) and include all original packaging/tags. We understand you may need to try shoes on for fit, but please avoid wearing them outside to ensure eligibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without the original tags and packaging. If you forgot to include them, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible – we may be able to assist with exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Account & Payment

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter the email address associated with your Camilix account, and we’ll send a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password (the link expires within 24 hours).

Can I update my account information (name, email, address)?

Yes. Log in to your Camilix account, go to “My Account” > “Profile Settings”, where you can edit your name, email address, saved shipping/billing addresses, and other personal details. Changes take effect immediately.

Log in to your Camilix account, navigate to “My Account” > “Order History”. Here you can view all past orders, including order status, details, tracking information, and return/exchange records.

We accept major credit/debit cards Visa and Mastercard. All payment methods are secure and encrypted to protect your personal and financial information.

Yes. Camilix uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We never store your full credit card information on our servers – all payment processing is handled by secure, trusted third-party payment gateways.

Payment declines may occur for the following reasons:
• Insufficient funds in your account or credit limit reached.
• Incorrect payment details (card number, expiration date, CVV).
• Your bank/card issuer blocked the transaction (contact them to verify).

Yes. Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. If your order is canceled (e.g., out of stock), we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

No, we currently only accept one payment method per order. If you need to use multiple methods, please place separate orders.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and proof of the double charge (e.g., bank statement screenshot). We will investigate the issue and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 3–5 business days.
